Silence. The wind sweeps over my face as I ponder choices. Many choices, each whirling in a galaxy of their own consequences. If I choose to pluck one from the sky it may lead to enlightenment, or to destruction. As I float in this void, the choices whirl past my face. Some are moving too fast and I miss them. I silently curse myself when I miss these opportunities. Suddenly, through the inky darkness of this space, a light shines. It forms into an ever moving mass that hurls through my chest. I breathe in the sweet smell of this light and I ponder my position. I have power that I didn't have before, respect no one had thrown my way until now. In my family of friends I am looked up to. I am brother to some and big brother to others. As the power shifts and I move up, I cannot be looked down upon. I am in a position of influence. The choices stand thus, what do I do with my power?

There are many things going on in our lives at every moment. We're torn between numerous options or "choices". It's easy to think it may be one of those situations where you can't win no matter what we choose. There is always a way to win, no matter what obstacle is in our way. Everything will turn out the way should be in the end. Most importantly, we cannot let ourselves get stressed out over everything. It’s easy to feel stressed when we let ourselves think we have to face these obstacles alone. But if there’s one thing that’s true, it’s that we are never alone. Remember that God will always be there for you, to guide and protect you. I'm here for you, too, SAUL! "^_-"

True, choices in life have many different possible outcomes, but if you follow the word of God, you can’t go wrong. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what the right choice is until you make it, but there is always a consequence. However, there can be good as well as bad consequences. One decision can make the difference between a good consequence and a bad one. People sometimes think that bad consequences are a bad thing, but that isn’t always true. If we learn from our bad consequences then we gain experience. With experience comes enlightenment and wisdom.

Life is complicated and complex. It often brings us many things to think about. Some things we may not want to think about, yet others we shouldn’t think about but do anyway. It’s all about getting your priorities straight. On many occasions, it’s hard to keep our priorities in line because there are so many other things going on in our lives. We must not let our life control us; we have to control our life. If we lose control of our life, that is the first step to despair.
My motto is “When life comes at you fast, run faster.” You should always be ahead of life. If you aren't, then you are just digging yourself into a deeper hole. Also, you can’t wait around for motivation. You have to take action to get motivated. When there are extremely overwhelming obstacles in our path, we need not mope about them and give up, but use them for motivation. By doing this we will triumph.

Yes! Through intense hate, love can prosper. Beauty can be found even after the ugliest battle. Through the worst weather, a place of peace and tranquility lies, if one looks into the eye of the storm. And a “purifying light” (Avatar) can flourish even in the darkest depths of the void. Between all the problems and hardships in the void is a glowing resolution that feels refreshingly good inside. To take advantage of this opportunity would be a wise choice.

One positive thing in life can turn out to be so helpful. Taking in the scent of this light may create new hope. With hope comes strength, with strength comes success, and with success comes power. Power and respect often come together as a package. New respect symbolizes a position of great importance. With power and respect, one becomes a role model with many responsibilities and many people looking to them for guidance. Still, all this new power can be overwhelming and confusing. It can seem great at first, but it can end up being a burden. One may find that this great feeling of power is not so great and not what they wanted, after all. Or it can go the other way, and one could become obsessed with power. Power changes people. It becomes addictive, and makes us want more.

People will continue to look up to as long as you are in this position of power. They will ask questions and expect you to tell them the right answer. They want to learn from your knowledge. You also feel the pressure of setting good examples for a younger sibling(s) who looks up to you. Do not get overstressed about these new options and experiences. You can't let the pressure disturb you. As pressure builds up, it will tare you down.

You now have the power to change things for better or for worse. You can make a difference. Here is my advice. Take it slow. Don’t let yourself get overstressed about things that aren’t a big deal. Do not abuse your power. Just because you have achieved power doesn’t mean you get to make all the decisions on your own and do anything you want. I know you would never abuse your power, though. Lastly, be proud. You worked hard to get to this position where you are greatly respected. You should feel good about yourself. Respect yourself, for you are greatly respected.
SAUL, you have reached a powerful place in your life where you are very high up, but are you afraid of heights?
